Along with the elements listed above the projected cost also includes:

  1. Architect fee, Engineer fee and all permits.
  2. Restoring the road leading up to the Sarajet. It is presently in a very deteriorated state as it is a mountain road. We will restore it as a construction access road, which will also be adequate for automobiles.
  3. Installation of electrical and hydraulic implants.
  4. Full working kitchen and bathrooms, including appliances and lighting fixtures.
  5. Lighting fixtures for office, museum and storage room.
  6. All furnishings complementing the style and history of the Sarajet

The estimated costs are as follow and are subject to change:

  • architectural fee – $27,000/23.000€
  • turnkey construction (includes engineer/surveys/permits) – $350/300€ per m2 (for a total of 700m2-each floor 350m2)
  • furniture, museum set-up – $10,000/9.000€
  • road improvement – $11,000/10.000€
  • landscaping – $5,000/4.000€

As with any project, costs vary but we will make all efforts to keep it within the estimated budget.
